THE COFFEE SHOP

I was near Big Ben when it started to rain cats and dogs. As I couldn't continue sightseeing the city, I decided to enter to a little coffee shop with flowered-curtains and a funny little man drawn in the window. From the outside, it seemed to be confortable inside, but as I was entering, I noticed a whiskered cat sat at the door staring at me as if it wanted to warn me not to go that way, not to enter, but I did it anyway. It is true that I had never been supertitious, but I coundn't stop thinking of that odd cat. Once inside, the view of that cosy coffee shop changed and everything became kind of gloomy and also a bit spooky. The faces of the people inside the coffeeshop were despairing and downhearted. However, figuring out that it was only my imagination I sat down and ordered an expresso. A minute hardly passed when the waitress came with my expresso. The scent was delicious and nearly captivating...TO BE CONTINUED.
